Our recruitment process
Screening
We ensure that candidates are genuinely motivated and meet the entry criteria for the position.
First interview
The first interview is rather technical and will assess knowledge and skills. It may include a live coding challenge or a use case for example.
Second interview
The second interview will build upon the first interview and may address additional technical topics. But it will also assess the soft skills and our CEO will share our company vision.
Proposition
After an internal debriefing and careful evaluation, an offer will be defined and shared with the selected candidate.
