Welcome to Bondify! Our goal is to simplify and automate complex debt processes.

This document contains the privacy policy of Bondify B.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office at Stationsplein 45, 3013AK Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Bondify B.V. is registered at the Chamber of Commerce (Trade Register) under number 74163671.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies whenever you interact with Bondify through browsing the Website, contacting Bondify via Contact Form or in any other way or registering on and/or using the Bondify Platform, via the web browser or the mobile app.

This Privacy Policy lays out how Bondify collects, processes and stores Personal Data, when browsing the Website.

The secure online User-environment of Bondify, including tools for initiating, drafting, negotiating and concluding Transactions, and all supportive and facilitating functions, accessible via my.bondify.com or the mobile app.

Bondify is committed to protect your privacy and Personal Data by following this Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR. As stated in the GDPR, there are multiple legitimate instances for collecting Personal Data, of which Bondify relies on the following: i) your consent, ii) stipulated in a law or iii) in our legitimate interest. “Your consent” covers everything you fill in on the Website or on the Platform. “Stipulated in a law” means European or Dutch laws which oblige Bondify to collect certain data or save certain data for a longer term. “Our legitimate interest” covers the operation of the Website and the Platform in the broadest sense.

– not sharing of any personal data with Google and

– not sharing of any personal data with Google advertisements and

– blocking cross-device recognition by Google

Bondify does not collect Personal Data from the use of the Website.

How does Bondify use Personal Data?

Bondify uses Personal Data collected from e-mail, phone, post or otherwise only for the corresponding itself.

How does Bondify store and protect Personal Data?

All Personal Data Bondify collects is stored securely on our servers/cloud within the European Economic Area. Bondify implements various other technical and administrative safeguards to protect Personal Data, such as encrypting the Personal Data and limiting access to certain employees only.

Bondify strives to maintain a secure Website and protect Personal Data from any unauthorized access and against other risks.

Upon occurrence of any unauthorized access or risk, Bondify will report to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) within 72 hours and take any required measures to block such access and mitigate such risks. The security measures will be evaluated and updated on a regular basis.

What are your rights regarding your Personal Data?

You may always ask Bondify to inform you, correct, access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your Personal Data. Bondify will ask you to upload a copy of a valid identity card or passport to verify your identity when requesting access to your Personal Data.

Note that for legal and regulatory purposes, Bondify may keep some Personal Data, only as strictly necessary to comply with possible legal processes (subpoenas, court orders, other enforceable governmental request). Bondify shall only do this in compliance with the public interest and if required by law.

When does Bondify share Personal Data?

Bondify shares no Personal Data with any third parties, nor sells Personal Data to any third parties.

How long does Bondify keep Personal Data?

Bondify will only retain Personal Data for as long as necessary, related to the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected and to the extent permitted or required by applicable law, and will then proceed to remove it from its system and records.

If Personal Data was collected from you because you contacted Bondify through email, phone, post or otherwise, you may request Bondify to delete that data.
