This contest is organized by Template.io, a product of Bondify, a limited liability company, having its place of business at Stationsplein 45, 3013 AK Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The following Terms and Conditions apply to this contest.
Article 1 – Definitions

| Participant: | A natural person above the age of 18, registered in the contest, legally authorized to act on behalf of the entity. |
| Parties: | Bondify and the Participant together. |
| Platform: | The secure online User-environment of Bondify, including tools for initiating, drafting, negotiating and concluding Transactions, and all supportive and facilitating functions, accessible via my.bondify.com. |
| Privacy Policy: | The Privacy Policy of Bondify, as amended from time to time. |
| User Account: | An account registered on the Platform which then gains access to the SaaS services provided. |
| Work days: | A day other than a Saturday or Sunday. |
Article 2 – General rules
- The purpose of this contest is solely to promote Template.io brand.
- The contest has a duration of 7 days, starting on 13 June 2023 and ending on 20 June 2023.
- Participation in the contest is free of charge.
- The contest includes 3 multiple choice questions which have to be answered correctly.
- Employees of Bondify are excluded from the contest.
- The winner(s) will be the entity(ies) represented or registered by the employee when participating in the contest.
- Employees of the same entities can participate in the contest.
- Participants can only register once in this contest during the contest period, as stated in these Terms and Conditions. Multiple registrations under the same name or with the same email address will not be accepted.
- Personal email addresses of the Participants will not be eligible for winning the prize. The Participants should register with their company email address.
- By registering to take part in the contest, you give permission for the use of your contact details also for future promotional purposes.
- The winner(s) entitlement to receive the prize is non-transferable.
- In cases not covered by these Terms and Conditions, a decision will be made by Bondify.
Article 3 – Eligibility
This contest is intended for Participants coming from countries where there are no restrictions and registration requirements on organizing this type of contest.
Article 4 – Prize and Prize value
The winner(s) will win 6 Months free access to the Bondify SaaS Platform. The Platform will be provided “AS IS” and the winner(s) will receive no additional express or implied warranties.
The winner(s) will get the chance to register up to 10 User Accounts in the Platform.
The total economic value of the prize made available equals € 1800.00 per winner. With a maximum of 5 winners, the total economic value of the prizes amounts to € 9000.00.
Price breakdown consists of a monthly subscription of 30 euro per user, for a maximum period of 6 months. The winner would be granted up to 10 User Accounts for six months which consists of 30x10x6 = € 1800.00 x5 winner(s) = € 9000.00.
After the 6 month free subscription period, the access on the Platform will be terminated.
The prize value cannot be exchanged for money.
Article 5 – Selection criteria and notification
The winner(s) will be chosen based on their skills and knowledge. The winner(s) must be able to fill in correctly the questionnaire and show their knowledge regarding the subjects presented.
The winner(s) will be chosen by a committee of judges based on the input given.
In order for the Participants to be considered for the winning prize the Participants have to follow Template.io LinkedIn page.
If more than one Participant gets all the questions right, then up to 5 winners will be chosen.
The results of the contest will be notified within a reasonable time after the designation of the winner(s), however not later than 3 months after the end of the contest. The winner(s) will be notified via email. Bondify reserves the right to announce the winner(s) on their social media such as on the LinkedIn page or on the website.
In the event of no winning Participants, Bondify reserves the right to announce an extension of the contest, giving potential Participants more time to register and enter the contest.
Article 6 – Claiming the prize
The winner(s) can claim their prize at any time, but no later than the 31st of July, 2023.
Article 7 – Marketing
Bondify reserves the right to announce the winner(s) on the social media which includes the LinkedIn page, and the website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions the winner(s) agree to be publicly announced and their brand to be used as a reference customer. The announcement of the winner(s) includes the company name and their logo.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The Participant’s privacy is very important to Bondify. Privacy matters relating personal data processed for the purpose of participating in the contest will be governed by the general Privacy Policy of Bondify.
Article 9 – Limitation of Liability
Bondify is not liable for any damage or costs, of any nature whatsoever, arising from or related to participation in the contest. Participants must release LinkedIn from any and all liability related to the contest.
Article 10 – Disclaimer
Bondify acknowledges that the contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn or any other party.
Bondify is not responsible for typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest.
Bondify is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or postponement.
Bondify is not responsible for unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest.
Bondify is not responsible for electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.
Bondify makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize.
Article 11 – Contact detail for submitting questions
For questions regarding the contest and/or complaints, please contact Bondify via email at customer-success@bondify.com. Administrative and contest-related questions will be answered by Bondify within 3 workdays of the date received, unless this is not reasonably possible.
Article 12 – Feedback
Bondify may ask you to provide feedback relating to your experience with the contest. The purpose of this feedback is to improve the experience. You may refuse to provide such feedback.
Article 13 – Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Article 14 – Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Bondify with respect to the contest, except as they may be complemented or superseded by other agreements as stated therein.
Article 15 – Waiver, Severability & Assignment
Bondify’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its rights to do so later. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full effect and the invalid or unenforceable term shall be modified as to reflect the original intent of Bondify as closely as possible so that the agreement is contemplated to the fullest extent. The Participant may not assign any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions.
